Welcome to our very own blog. To begin, W279 is a family, and is a part of City Harvest Church. We belong to KEL Zone, led by Lay ZS Kelvin. And KEL Zone is under a dynamic pastor, Pastor Zhuang. W279 consists of an ordinary yet unique bunch of people who are learning to be simple, true worshippers. We are a diverse mix of people... as young as 10, till as YOUNG as 25 (and above). We are all about Simplicity as we believe that simplicity is life, at best.
The purpose of this blog is to serve as a virtual place where the members of W279 can connect efficiently with one another, and even, inspire the world out there. Join us, you will love us. WE ARE FAMILY.

POWER-PACKED POST-EASTER WEEKEND!
Dear ALL:
This EASTER has been a BLAST with a total of 34 new friends who came to join us for our Life-book production! Thanks for making IT happening, guys!
Now that EASTER is over, we have MANY exciting things coming up NEXT, in fact, happening this very weekend!
Here's to fill you in with the details of events (in chronological order):
SATURDAY:
1) Bazaar @ Service One!
This Saturday, there will be a Bazaar happening and going on right after our own Service at JW Church!
If you remember our 'W279 Paraphernalia' from last year, it's gonna be something like what we had, except it's gonna be bigger and more exciting this round!
Our Cell Group will be setting up a stall of our own called 'All @ Eight' - which is gonna be as cool as it sounds! So do prepare do bring along all your secondhand goods (those in new/good condition) to sell @ the bazaar!
Lets invite our friends for this Saturday's service & there after the very-happening Bazaar!
SUNDAY FUN @ JURONG WEST (3-IN-1):
As mentioned in the previous post, we've lined up a series of exciting events this Sunday for all our members and friends!
1) U-Fit Captain's Ball with Kel Zone!
2) Service at Jurong West Church!
(For our friends who won't be able to make it for our Saturday service, get them to join us for Sunday Service instead!)
3) Poolside BBQ at Floravale Condominium (Just a 7 mins bus-ride away from JW Church!)
With so many events going on this weekend, lets start inviting all our EASTER friends to come back to join us again!
