Welcome to our very own blog. To begin, W279 is a family, and is a part of City Harvest Church. We belong to KEL Zone, led by Lay ZS Kelvin. And KEL Zone is under a dynamic pastor, Pastor Zhuang. W279 consists of an ordinary yet unique bunch of people who are learning to be simple, true worshippers. We are a diverse mix of people... as young as 10, till as YOUNG as 25 (and above). We are all about Simplicity as we believe that simplicity is life, at best.
The purpose of this blog is to serve as a virtual place where the members of W279 can connect efficiently with one another, and even, inspire the world out there. Join us, you will love us. WE ARE FAMILY.

Update!!!
Hey Family!
Am a little, little late, but I'm here to update about the happenings on last Sunday! :)
Cell group meeting was tremendously, extremely SOLID!
First up, we had our very own leader Kelvin who led us in a time of game - Yes or No (Correct me if I got the name wrong)!
Basically a game whereby we had to answer YES or NO by jumping to face two different directions to answer the many questions Kelvin came up with! For every question answered wrong, we received a 'free gift' from Kelvin. And here's how everyone look like at the end of the game.....
YES! We had stickers pasted all over our faces. Stickers of HELLO KITTY, WINNIE THE POOH, MICKEY MOUSE... and what nots! It was even more hilarious when we had to leave the stickers on throughout Testimony's Time! Haha!
Cell group was awesome, beyond words! I believed all of us were blessed by what Cyn shared - Love Till The End. There was such a move of God during ministry time that many of us ended the meeting with tears in our eyes. :) Lets really have a revelation of Christ's love for us, because we won't know how to give love, until we know how to receive His love. Even as a cell group, lets continue to bear fruits of love by loving one another! - because these are fruits that will always, always remain.
And of cos! I was personally blessed by Kelvin's OFFERING message! And now I'll always remember by heart:
Grace means:
1. Unmerited favour
2. Supernatural Empowerment
Amen!!!!!
Anyway, after the meeting ended, we distributed bubble teas (bought beforehand) for everyone! Everyone looks good with a Lychee Ice-Blended in their hands, don't we?
When we Yum-Seng!!! Haha :D
Overall, it has been a great weekend, and I look forward to an even better one this week!
Before I end, here's a few shout-outs on behalf of the whole w279:
1) To JIAHUI:
Congratulations for receiving salvation on Sunday!!!! :) 27th September - always remember this date because it marks the start of your walk with God! W279 welcomes you to our big, loving family and we hope to know you more! Start reading the bible (the one we got for you!), start praying, start getting to know God, I believe your life will never be the same again. :)
2) To 2nd Jiahui, A.K.A Samuel:
WELCOME BACK TO SINGAPORE! Your absence made a difference, for SURE! We hope you enjoyed your trip, share with us more about your trip okay! (Share the souvenirs too! :P)
3) To ALL STUDENTS:
All the best for your examinations! Remember, we're keeping you in constant prayers! Lets study hard, do well, and shine for JESUS! :) We believe in every single one of you!!
