Welcome to our very own blog. To begin, W279 is a family, and is a part of City Harvest Church. We belong to KEL Zone, led by Lay ZS Kelvin. And KEL Zone is under a dynamic pastor, Pastor Zhuang. W279 consists of an ordinary yet unique bunch of people who are learning to be simple, true worshippers. We are a diverse mix of people... as young as 10, till as YOUNG as 25 (and above). We are all about Simplicity as we believe that simplicity is life, at best.
The purpose of this blog is to serve as a virtual place where the members of W279 can connect efficiently with one another, and even, inspire the world out there. Join us, you will love us. WE ARE FAMILY.

Upcoming Happenings in KEL Zone!!!
Hi Family,
Just giving you a heads up regarding all the outreaches we will be having from now till the end of this wonderful 2009! Let's gear up to end the race happily and well! All's well ends well! ;-)

1) P6 Post-PSLE Party!
Ooohlala! As a zone, we are going to throw a party for all our P6s ... Please spread the message! SO, Pamey, Samantha, Bryan ... Get your friends to celebrate with us! Details out this weekend! Meanwhile, mark down the date: 14 October. CGCS, please help to disseminate this information to these P6s. For the rest of you guys, be around to have fun & help out! Bring your graduating P6 friend, REMEMBER!!! ;D
2) Halloween Party!
As a whole WYZ zone, we will be having our Halloween Partyaye! Held on Oct 31 @JW! Our Cell Group is combining with handsome Rayvin's Indonesian CG to tend a stall. It's gonna be a Magic Tricks stall. So stock up your ideas! We will have a "magician" from Rayvin's CG too! Gonna be a blast! Remember: Get your friends! And all friends reading ... you are WARMLY INVITED!!! ;D
3) Treasure Island @St. John's Island! (December)
This is gonna be KEL zone first grand get-together! It's gonna be a time of bonding, games and great fun! CGCS will be organising this, while you members will be leading the teams! More details in soon! So REMEMBER: Get your friends to join us!
So, you can see the common denominator of points 1 - 3 ... Not just fun, it's about bringing your friends to enjoy with us! :)

There will also be other empowering events coming up for the zone such as Men's Meetings & Women's Meetings.
