Welcome to our very own blog. To begin, W279 is a family, and is a part of City Harvest Church. We belong to KEL Zone, led by Lay ZS Kelvin. And KEL Zone is under a dynamic pastor, Pastor Zhuang. W279 consists of an ordinary yet unique bunch of people who are learning to be simple, true worshippers. We are a diverse mix of people... as young as 10, till as YOUNG as 25 (and above). We are all about Simplicity as we believe that simplicity is life, at best.

"TITHE"
HI~W279,"ZENG"ying here...
So happy that i've went for bs today and it was amazing!I've learnt a lot of things from there so just want to share with your guys about one of three kinds of giving that the Bible teaches and that is "tithe".
When the first half year i have became a christian,giving tithe is just like a kind of resposibility to me and at that time i didn't really know what tithe means.Every time when came to offering time,i look around the people around me ,they started to giving thanks to God and seriously ,sometime i just felt that it was very embarrass when the people siting beside me and giving their thanks to God but i am not,so i will just like do what they have done because i don't know what they will think about me if i am not doing so.
Soon or later,i started to realised that God will never receive the thanks that i give Him without giving my true heart and if we just giving thanks by just responsibility and not by our own mind it simply means that we don't believe that God will take care of us.Also,the tithe is not belong to ours but to Him and we are not giving Him 1o% of our allowance ,we are returning back of his money as He who loves us so much that He gave His only begotten Son.
The bible says in 2 corinthians9:6"But remember this-if you give little,you will get little.A farmer who plants just a few seeds will get only a small crop,but if he plants much,he will reap much".So guys,don't worried about if your wallet had just left 5 dollars and you are afraid that what should you do after you have giving them all as thanks giving and you have left no more money but if God wants you to do so,please obey Him as he is a God which is more than enough,he will return you more than what you have sows.
Lets put our trust in God and give our thanks to Him with all our hearts and do what cynthia had shared with us in cell gorup-prepare God's offering before Him<<<....Then,i believe that our life will live with prosperity and abundance of fruithfulness if we honour Him.
