Welcome to our very own blog. To begin, W279 is a family, and is a part of City Harvest Church. We belong to KEL Zone, led by Lay ZS Kelvin. And KEL Zone is under a dynamic pastor, Pastor Zhuang. W279 consists of an ordinary yet unique bunch of people who are learning to be simple, true worshippers. We are a diverse mix of people... as young as 10, till as YOUNG as 25 (and above). We are all about Simplicity as we believe that simplicity is life, at best.

The Holidays Are Ending
[This is Emily here. I found this post on KELVIN's blog.... and i guess, liming posted on the WRONG blog! haha! So here am I, very kindly transferring it over here....]
Hi everyone! This is Liming. Sorry that I cannot post photos as I cannot find my USB cable. But I will upload them soon.
Yesterday the Cell Group attended service and pastor Kong shared a powerful word on loyalty. We really benefict a lot and I realised that we have to be loyal to one another. Unloyalty is EVTREMELY destructive.
After service ended we went to the rooftop. Desmond blessed me dinner and the Lord be praised as I did not have any money. Desmond said to me that God had told him to bless me. I was surprised and I want to say that God is real. Kevin came afterwards and the Cell Group ate dinner and we played Captain Ball with some other firends. It was very fun until I sprained my ankle when running around. Haha!
After playing some brothers went to Joel's place to study. Kevin and Chin Ming went home. I went to Jurong Point with Emily, Sarah, Kar and Pam and bought shoes for Kar. Then we went to Starbucks and Emily treated me coffee. Thank you! We talked until very late and went home by bus. It was a very special day for me as I really learn a lot about God's love. I also realised that I had grown closer to the Cell Group. I love you all.
