countdown for 2009 (:

after appreciation, we went to ecp together! we were all so excited and happppy! ahahahhaha.

in the bus towards marine parade.

when we have arrived, we stopped by at a bubble tea shop and bought drinks! most of us bought fruit juices! haahahha! after that we went to macs to have our late dinner.. and we concluded that the last food we ate in 2008 was MACS! woo lala.

didn't take pics in macs cause we were in a rush. we wanted to get our bikes and find a place at the beach before 12 midnight. so from marine parade, we quickly walked to ecp.. and we realised, every year, we would be rushing! hahaha! and it's really de ja vu. it is as windy and cold as compared to 2007's countdown at macs! ahhahah!

so we got our bikes and we tried it out to make sure it's alright.. then we cycled to a less crowded area and quickly settled down and started praying through the year! it's our cell group ritual. hahaha! we always does that! and it's really cool! then from where we were, we could see the fireworks.. and it's REALLLLL beautiful! *amazes* haahaa..

the ships set off this thingy.. it's actually meant to be a "call for help" when in danger, but that day, exceptional.. they put it out to celebrate? ahhaha.

then after we prayed and all, we went around hugging, and shaking and wishing each other "HAPPY NEW YEAR!" and people were just screaming their hearts out. hahaha. so we wanted to take a group pic, and it was really dark.. we couldn't really see.. so we had to try and error.. and a kind lady helped us to take pic! peiyang they all were like ..

then we continued cycling...... all the way to changi village.. we past by the aeroplane run way! and we saw an aeroplane touching down! COOLIO. hahaah. then some of us were listening to our music while others were either singing, talking or keeping quiet! then we also pass by the first Inspire camp place.. then LOK got super high(?) ... he was so happy and all! hahaa.

finally, we found a place to rest... sit down, eat and drink!......

after resting for long enough.... and we still had prata! we decided to go and check out OLD CHANGI HOSPITAL. hohoho. we wanted to go in by the back gaate, but it was locked.. so we went by the front after realising there's people inside actually.. and there's people living in that area>>>>??? :X

we splitted into half, cause we realised we couldn't bring our bikes in.. so 6 by 6 went in. so when cynthia, kelvin, jieying, ayron, peiyang and lokies went in that time.. the rest of us..... zhaowei, emily, karuna, weiyang, shyang zhi and joel... we played pepsi cola 1, 2, 3! hahahha. COOL YEAH. then it was our turn to go in..... and peiyang had to go in again.

it was really spooky. i mean most of us felt appresive? it has this kind of satanic feeling.. and i heard there was rituals held in there too. ahhhhhh. then emily wanted to go up to one of the rooms.. but some of us didn't want to.. and zhaowei said some useful points and peiyang was scared that there might be criminals hiding in there.. but well.. in the end we didn't go up.. but there was this group of guys who gave us firecrackers just in case we wanted to go up.. haha. they went up though! then we went down and wanted to ACT that we were scared.. so we ran down the stairs screaming and looking afraid. hahha.

then we played with firecrackers, talked.. then proceeded on. went to a hotel to use their toilet.. and oh my oh my. IT'S REALL NICE! hahaha

then we cycled all the way back to ecp! by the time we left och, it was already 4 plus am! time flies when your having fun! it was a real long journey back! but we stopped at the place we stopped that time.. that sea shell place. hahaha. and kelvin, cynthia and karuna SAW SHOOTING STARS! OMGOSH! superrrrrrr cooooool la. my first time llooo! and it's real fast.. unlike shows.. slow slow, and then got the perfect star shape -.- hahaa. and quite a few aeroplanes flew past over us. scary sia! haha.
