Hi W279 Family!

It has been such an awesome and meaningful weekend! Thanks and KUDOS to all of you for your commitment, willingness to wake up early, to travel the distance, braving the rain in the early morning and to queue up together for the various services! You guys are awesome! :)

CHC is now 21 years of 'age', and I believe as a church, as a CG and as an individual, it marks a whole new phase of LOVE, maturity and new things for us all!

Cheers to the next 21 years of goodness! God is faithful and good ALL THE TIME! :) Lets keep loving the House of God!

Multiplication, A JOYOUS Affair!

With multiplication happening soon, W279, let's prepare our hearts and be people who are ...

* HAPPY
* FLEXIBLE WITH EVERY CHANGE
* ABLE TO SEE THINGS FROM GOD'S PERSPECTIVE
* UNITED

We are one zone, so let's not be "clique-y" ... let's not have cliques (groups) but let's recognise God's plan for everyone of our lives.

Hope everyone's doing good!

Here's an update about the next few CG meetings ...

1) This Sunday's CGM will be a combined one with W415 (Kelvin's & Joel's current CG) @ The Riverwalk Lecture Room 7. Don't miss it!

2) Next weekend (Jul 30 - Aug 1), we will be having Festival of Praise (Fri & Sat) @ Indoor Stadium, while our CHC ANNIVERSARY is held on Sunday! There will be NO CGM that Sun (Aug 1).

3) OUR MULTIPLICATION is happening sooner than you imagine and expect. So the weeks of August, please come for all the CGMs as we prepare ourselves for the wonderful multiplication!

Let's embrace EVERYTHING GOD IS DOING! Let's END THE YEAR WAY BETTER THAN WE STARTED!

A VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Thank for being such an amazing shepherd to all of us!

To many of us, you're our very first CGL who has led us a long way now. While to some of us who've gotten to know you the recent years, you've so changed our lives with your love and presence in the CG.

Thank you for your love towards us as our spiritual 'mum', and for never failing to be our source of strength and encouragement. You accept each and every one of us for who we are and has impacted our lives in many big and small ways.

Thanks for teaching us the ways of God - thanks for always leading us into the presence of God time and again, inspiring us to love and experience God in our own lives.

Finally, thanks for building W279 and making us into such an awesome and fun-filled bunch! You've taught us to love, to care, and to be like one huge family (completed with you and Kelvin as our spiritual parents!).

You are our angel sent from God above!

Hello CG!

I've been thinking alot about love, and it's true that love must be our highest goal.
Let's learn to love one another, and allow love to be our motivation in life!

Think about this, and let's spread love and do acts of love.

Life's too short. Let's not die angry and frustrated with every little thing. Let's live full of love and you know what, eternity's long. We gotta keep loving till then.

Faith, Hope, Love. These three will last forever. But the greatest of these is LOVE :)

It is really a privilege and joy serving you as your Cell Group Leader. Some of you have followed me since W279 began, some others came along the way, and of course there are the rest who were previously from W363.
